5 Years Warranty: Frame

E-BUY SUPERSTORE Management warrants the internal frame to be free from defects in materials and faulty workmanship for a period of 5 years from the

Date you purchased and received the product under normal household usage.

1-Year Warranty: Leather and Covers

E-BUY SUPERSTORE Management warrants the leather and covers used in its upholstered product to be free from tearing and splitting under normal usage of the sofa for a period of one year from the date you purchased and received the product.

The leather is a resilient high quality covering which inherit unique natural variation in grain, texture and color tones. Because of these characteristics

of the leather, the warranty does not cover natural marks such as insect bites, barbed wire, veining, abrasions, and wrinkling and other variation of grain and color of the leather.

1-Year Warranty: Cushioning, Mechanism and Stitching

E-BUY SUPERSTORE Management warrants the cushion, mechanism and stitching for the period of one year from the date you purchased and received the product under normal household usage.

E-BUY SUPERSTORE Management Warranty

This Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

1. The Warranty card must be duly completed with the customer's name, home address, date of purchase and must be fax, email or post to the E-BUY SUPERSTORE Management appointed agent(s), nominated in the warranty booklet.

2. The dealer's name and address, or dealer's stamp must be properly written/endorsed on the warranty card.

3. The warranty card and the proof of purchase must be fax to E-BUY SUPERSTORE Management appointed agent at the time when requesting of warranty service/claims.

4. Digital pictures and details located underneath the sofa of said claims and E-BUY SUPERSTORE Management agents prior to any inspection being conducted and/or validated will require the warranty.

5. The warranty will be void if E-BUY SUPERSTORE Management products damaged caused by accidents, misuse tampered, or removed any parts of the sofa by any unauthorized person(s) or company(s), other than agent(s) appointed by Lorenzo.

6. Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

7. The wear and tear of the sofa upholstery is excluded from this warranty.

8. All transportation costs where needed must be borne by the purchaser to return all goods back to the original place of purchase.

9. Any repair or replacement of any E-BUY SUPERSTORE Management Product shall not extend the term of this warranty.

10. If identical material is not available at the time of repair or replacement, all rights are reserved to substitute the material of equal quality and similar color.

11. This warranty takes effect only if card is returned within 30 days of purchase.

12- No responsibility is taken by E-BUY SUPERSTORE:

a. If goods are put in direct sunlight and fading occurs

b. If there is high humidity in the area

c. Unexpected heavy loadings

d. If it is too close to heaters

e. If it is cleaned with unspecified cleaning products

f. If it is cut by sharp objects
